Job Requirements:
Education Background: Major in aeroengine, bachelor’s degree or above, graduated from universities of “211” project.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in aircraft R&D or engineering department.
Technical Knowledge: Air mechanics, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, engineering mechanics.
Professional Skills: Familiar with 3D design skills, independent to innovate, have a good knowledge of aero engine, engine system and material design.
Personal Qualities: Responsible, diligent, able to solve relevant technical problems, good at team communication and organization.
Responsibilities and Job Description
· Responsible for designing and developing aero engine combustion chambers as planned by the company.
· Responsible for designing and drawing engine combustion chambers and cooling systems following the chief designer’s instructions.
· Responsible for compiling compliance documents of combustion chambers and cooling systems for engine certification.
· Work closely with structural designers and simulation analysts to develop engines.
· Implement the safety production system.
· Manage trial production costs of the company and departments, and continuously reduce the R&D and manufacturing costs on the premise of ensuring airworthiness and quality.
· Promote R&D and lean management, ensure management rules and regulations observe national technical guidelines, policies, norms, and standards, and be responsible for organizing and formulating the company’s aircraft engine R&D plan.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a regular working schedule.
Required Tools and Equipment: Graphics workstation, portable computer, office electronic equipment (printer, copier, plotter, and fax machine).
